May you please have a look? How can i delete these spaces? Basically, i find the the behavior of Word is. I couldn't know to to control these spaces. Also, it appears you have an empty paragraph under the footnote separator. Making space between paragraphs To help separate one paragraph from another, you add space either before or after the paragraph. When you want text to stack up one line atop another line, such as when typing a return address, use the soft return at the end of a line: Press Shift+Enter. Tip: To return to your place in your document, double-click the footnote mark. Word inserts a reference mark in the text and adds the footnote mark at the bottom of the page. Add footnotes and endnotes in Word for Mac. select Footnote Separator and then click on Reset. To change the default location of endnotes, select the “Endnotes” option, and then open the dropdown menu to its right. If Word on the Mac is similar to Word on Windows in this respect, change to Draft View and then click on Show Notes in the Footnotes section of the ribbon and then from the Footnotes dropdown. If you choose the latter option, Word places your footnotes immediately after the main body of text instead of at the bottom of the page. Select the footnotes above the ones with the extra space and use the Apply Style box on the Formatting Toolbar to apply the Footnote paragraph style to the footnote.
